Using the Art of Companioning for Conflict Resolution

In the most difficult and emotional situations we often react - yell, advise, argue, ignore, rescue and more.

The difficulty with these reactions is that do not allow for the opportunity for the person having the problem to work through the emotion and to find the solution for themselves - with guidance.

This technique teaches us to listen with detachment and to provide open-ended questions that assist the person in distress in finding their own truth.

This is a 2 hour program. Call 914-388-2532 OR email: info@communitycharacter.com for rates and details.

What lies behind us
and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us.
